It was another September, it was another Edition 38, it was another over excited build up to the last show of the season, it was the verge of the best show of the season. It was time to stop fannying about, and get seriously daft…

How not to spend a Sunday afternoon.

I’ve got a bike, I’ve also got a Caddy and no spare time, so I don’t really ride the bike. It sits there getting in the way, filling the hall, handlebars catching my coat pockets every time I squeeze past. The problem is, its not an ordinary kind of pop to the shops bike that your mum could borrow, It’s a proper, trails bike, made in the USA by S&M, and its beautiful….

Edition38 2005

The anticipation surrounding this show grows yearly, generated mostly by the previous years happy campers, chuffed to bits at getting a weekends dub fulfillment for 10 bob. This year was a proper population explosion, with over twice the amount of bods through the gate.

All singing, all dancing, full colour, multi format, blanket coverage print campaign with added web presence… the public stayed away in droves.

A Wet Weekend in Wollaton

Lee had just finished drying off the car with the chamois when it started to rain. Unperturbed by the now torrential downpour, we splashed our way over to Wollaton hall in a cloud of road spray.

Hot n’ sticky down at the pod.

Somebody needs to have a word with the bods at the Pod, I’v been half a dozen times, and they only have two temperatures. Last year I sat up in the stands for a while, and I was shivering so hard that every photograph I shot had camera shake. This year was as hot as hell.
